Glencoe Homecoming Parade

The parade started earlier than expected, so we had to just pull off, jump out, and watch from a corner, not drive to our preferred spot.  We 'had' to take pictures of the 'fluties' for Rebekah, and Jacob.  The boys loved all the candy thrown at them (didn't hurt that several of Daniel's preschool teachers from last year were on the cheerleaders' float:)

Nathan:  I liked seeing Jacob and Allison.  I liked the candy.

Daniel:  It was really fun getting all the candy.  I loved the candy.  Done.  I didn't see Jacob or Allison.

Joseph:  lots of candy

Caleb:  yummy

Beth:  I found a pile of Smarties none of the kids had picked up.  I have 11.

Jacob:  I had no idea what I was doing.  I didn't really play, because I was trying so hard to stay in step, in time.

Michael:  didn't want to go watch (he knew no one would throw candy at him:)

Our new favorite 'flutie'

Our favorite brass player:)
